I did reach out your customer relations team. At that point I was told that I was lying and it happened at my property. It didn’t work from day one. You’re trying to save face in public but when I call you I’m told I’ll have to pay for the repair. You sold it to me not working, then accused me of it being my fault. Your customer relations team is terrible. Zeigler Chevrolet of Schaumburg gives a bad name to the brand. You could have made this right. You should have made this right. Instead you alienated a customer that just purchased a $65,000 truck.
