They presented a couple different options and even explained why the Cruze probably wasn't a good option due to the size of the vehicle vs. the amount of family members I have. Frank Psyhogios, Finance Director Benjamin Trush, Customer Service Relations Mgr. Bob La Mantia, and Service Advisor Tracy Mulcahy, all of whom tirelessly and dillegently worked together to aquaint me with all of the 2013 Malibu models, answering all of my lengthy questions exhibiting great listening skills, and patience with me ulimately resulting in a miraculous location and delivery of my first choice; a crystal red tintcoat 2013 Malibu 2.0 LTZ 2LZ with the 19" wheel, and tire combo, and the lovely neutral/cocoa leather interior, professionally topping off the whole deal with a transfer of the remaining extended warranty and service contract from my 2011 Equinox with 3,700 miles on it, to the new 2013 malibu resulting in a smooth and unforgetably positive buisness transaction.My thanks to Onstar operators"La Ney" and "Amy" for activating my bluetooth and "Onstar"Now this the first car I've ever owned that was not a year end model, and Inever thought a 4 cylinder could drive so smoothly. BEWARE!!! This was the worst experience looking for a car that I ever had to deal with. They promise to help people with bad credit, but instead they try to put you in a vehicle that you really can not affor that I ever had to deal with.
