I took my Escalade in to have the front struts replaced since they were leaking. When I picked it up it was dark and raining. The next day I looked at my car and the driver side front end was an inch lower since they were leaking. When I picked it up it was dark and raining. The next day I looked at my car and the driver side front end was an inch lower than the passenger side. I called the dealership and they said to make an appointment to bring it back in. They didn’t have any loaners available so I had to wait a month until I had a day off work. I dropped it off at 8 AM on the day of my appointment. I didn’t hear anything all day so I texted Dorsey at 3PM for an update. She texted back 20 minutes later saying they thought something was wrong with the rear springs but it was too late in the day to investigate further and I would have to bring it back another day. I went to pick it up and asked if they had even taken the front struts off and checked them but was told they were visually inspected. I complained that the car was level before the struts were changed and then not level afterwards and that I didn’t think my rear springs had anything to do with it. I was again told that it was not the new struts and they did not have time to check the rear springs even though they had my car for 8 hours and that replacement rear springs were not available. That was all Dorsey had to say. Really poor customer service, they messed up my car and have no desire to fix it. More
