One of the worst service centers I have ever dealt with. These employees seemed to have been trained to be rude. From the service manager , all the way to the desk- absolutely worst experience. I will NEVER More

say worst experience of you don’t have mechanics that know what they are doing or a Service Manager that doesn’t know how to fulfill simple tasks like take out lug nuts from car you sold to a customer is ridiculous and then want to charge them for broken lugs nuts they broke - I’ll tell you what I bet you an alley mechanic would have lubed them up to take them off properly - never buy a somewhat used vehicle again from here my year is only 2018 and I have the extended warranty that I pay so much xxxx money on and they can’t even takeoff Lugnuts to do a proper tire rotation. Absolutely ridiculous. Get your xxxx together service team and your mechanics.
