I made a 9 o’clock appointment for scheduled maintenance, they took me in at 8:50a and had me done with everything by 1030a as promised. I’m 100% satisfied. Downtown Napleton allows you to make an appointment but barely gets you in at your appointment time and you definitely are there for 4+ hours and no one really communicates thoroughly to let you know if your car is ready or not. Instead you have to go find somebody to ask if your car is ready only to find out your car has been ready for the last hour and a half. More
