They seem to be very honest and punctual with their service. I feel more comfortable taking my 2014 Cadillac CTS to a Cadillac dealer where they know the car. I was afraid to go there at first, because service. I feel more comfortable taking my 2014 Cadillac CTS to a Cadillac dealer where they know the car. Don’t know man’s name who quoted me prices for repairs needed. He kept changing prices for repairs by hundreds of dollars every time I asked. He seemed to be the person in charge at the left side of the counter.
