I have been taking my car here since it opened here on Skokie blvd. prior I was taking it to the one in McCormick. So I have been a customer for quite some time. I have always had a positive experience an Skokie blvd. prior I was taking it to the one in McCormick. So I have been a customer for quite some time. I have always had a positive experience and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this last time, it was not the case. The woman that helped me seemed to be in a bad mood since there was very little interaction when coming in for services. When the time for all the suggestions came in she was a bit rude about the conversaetion and my questions. Leading to her saying that their part is done and the rest is on me if I chose not to proceed with all the suggestions. It was quite a bit of information and money so I needed a further explanation and discussion but realized I would not receive that from her, so I declined the recommendations. This interaction left me uneasy so I choose to not to have any other services done and I will be taking a break from getting services done at Ziegler. I have only had services and everything done at the dealer but I am hesitant to continue and for now will go elsewhere for a second opinion since I didn’t receive enough information or clarification on what is needed for my vehicle. Thank you to everyone else that has always been friendly and patient throughout the years. More
DON'T GO HERE FOR SERVICE! ! They had my car for 6 days but claimed to never be able to duplicate the noise coming from my door. The noise was there the 1st time I brought it i ! They had my car for 6 days but claimed to never be able to duplicate the noise coming from my door. The noise was there the 1st time I brought it in, but the tech "couldn't hear it". I made another appointment to bring it back and made sure the Service Advisor and the tech both heard it when I was with them and before leaving the car. Six days later they said the car was ready but still never heard the noise they said. Within 5 min of pulling out of the dealership it was rattling as loud as it ever had. My car say there for 6 days because the service advisor who took my car in apparently no longer works there, so no one bothered to even call to let me know what was going on with my car. On top of the distinct lack of effort they put in, the service staff was extremely rude when I finally called in for an update and when I picked up the car. I drive off from service with the exact same problem I brought it in with, the car is dirtier than when I dropped it off (no courtesy wash this time even) and absolutely no intent of EVER going back here again. For those of you reading this, take my word and go somewhere else.... ANYWHERE else ! More

Avoid this place at all costs. This dealership completely wasted our time. Having made an appointment in advance to look at a car, we spent almost 2 hours test-driving and discussi This dealership completely wasted our time. Having made an appointment in advance to look at a car, we spent almost 2 hours test-driving and discussing the numbers. As we are nearing a final price, the salesman comes back and says another customer is interested in the vehicle and tries to turn our deal into a bidding war. Walking away was an easy decision because, obviously, this company does not know how to deal in good faith. To add insult to injury, as we drove away, we found out the dealership ran our credit without our written permission. Not only was our entire weeknight wasted, but we now have to spend time disputing the inquiry with the credit agencies. We were expecting to deal with professionals. Instead, what we found were the tactics and behavior of shady used car dealers you typically see in movies. More
