I felt that they were dishonest. Went in to look at a car that was advertised for 26k only to get quoted 39k. They had no history on the car and it lacked maintenance. They did come come down to 34,000, saying that they already had a down payment on the car but would sell it to me for what the other offer was, apparently their other target was waiting on approval from their credit union. There was also some shady stuff going on with the car online pricing. The same car had been listed for over a month started at 29k, was dropped down to 25k only to be brought back up a few minutes later to 26k. More

One of the worst dealer experiences I have ever had. After calling to inquire about a Cadillac Escalade and specifically asked 5 times if they are charging over msrp. Over the phone they said we are not charging anything over. I made an appointment to go visit the dealer to buy the car. After arriving at the dealer, I told the sales manager I’m ready to buy and let’s make a deal. This is a business vehicle and I would like to be on my way as quick as possible. After having me linger for two hours, I felt something fishy was happening. They kept delaying me and did not give me a price. Finally I said I have to go. They then give me {a reasonable offer}. The car is 95k. They want to sell it for $152k!!! Over 50k asking price. Needless to say say I was furious and upset. This is not including any tax or extended warranty either!!! What a joke. Deceptive and liars. They played a dirty game nonetheless especially because I asked how much do you want to sell the car as soon as I walked in and kept asking why the delay. I also told them as soon as I walked in I’m not paying over sticker and do they want to sell the car. They would not answer and kept giving me excuses. Please be very wary of dealing with theses guys. They just want to rip you off and be happy about it. More
I purchase a car from here what a total waste of money, waste of time and a scrammed I went here to down size from my Ford Flex to a ford escape but didn't get the car I want they pushed me into a small c waste of time and a scrammed I went here to down size from my Ford Flex to a ford escape but didn't get the car I want they pushed me into a small compact car not to mention I have 3 children and all are in carseat the sale man John didn't informed me of the car instead he was talking about a chevy trax which would of been good for me and my kids but instead its was this little car that's made for person without children also he never mention the high car note of $700 which is unaffordable not along I put down $6000 cash for car just to find out it is a 35k car in which I can't afford. He lied about the whole deal they sucker me into a deal that isn't legit and I spent 8 hours in there with my children. I even tried to leave in which I pressure me into getting this car because they was saying all these untrue things about my Ford Flex that I was trying to downsize to another suv. Not to mention the car not even worth 35k its only worth 18k. I tried calling and even texting I even went to the dealership which is an 2 hour drive from my home to try to return the car. I haven't got a response back in its 59 days as of today (April 20,2022) since I had the car. I also issues with the car that needs too be fix. I was told I had a warranty comes to found out I don't have one. I even spoke to the finance company serval of times and they also tried to contract the dealership and didn't have any luck so they suggest I give the car back and my money back and get lawyers involve due the contract I'm in they even mention that the deal isn't a good deal. Does not hi or advertised price. Vehicle listed for $59k, they increased to to $79k because of "market" and what they had to put into the vehicle to make it sellable. This place of business is a joke.. I had an appointment to look at a 2013 Dodge Durango.. I drove 2 hours and 13 minutes to take a look at this vehicle just to find out when I got there it wasn't even ther to look at a 2013 Dodge Durango.. The listed price on the vehicle was $36,000 then your rep had the nerve and audacity to jack that price up to $52,000 with additional fees like a $5,000 low inventory fee, a $2,500 fee for cleaning and prepp had the nerve and audacity to jack that price up to $52,000 with additional fees like a $5,000 low inventory fee, a $2,500 fee for cleaning and prepping it for sale….why would I every pay to clean a vehicle you’re trying to sell me? Another fee of over$2,000 for making any repairs to it before selling it??? Again why would I pay you for that, if you’re trying to sell a car, it’s your duty and expense to make it saleable…. and thought I would fall for it! Then tried to insult my intelligence by telling me how he was gonna educate me on how important it was for me to buy the car at that jacked up rate, and how I could take the car down the street right after I purchased it and sell it to CarMax for $40,000… as I told him then, he should drive it down there and sell it to them then, since I clearly wasn’t about to pay such a ridiculous price for a 2015 vehicle. I will tell EVERYONE I know to stay far away from your dealership, and I will also give your dealership a negative review at every opportunity afforded to me! More
