The sales staff was pushy and rude, they refused to answer phone calls or hang up on me. Arjen and Lawrence were unprofessional. The gentleman in finance, I don’t recall his name. Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. After agreeing to terms to pay cash for the asking price, they said they wouldn't sell to us unless we financed because they get a kickback from the After agreeing to terms to pay cash for the asking price, they said they wouldn't sell to us unless we financed because they get a kickback from the bank. I said I'd check with my bank and confirm with them tomorrow since it was after banking hours. The next morning I let them know we'd be in later in the day to purchase the vehicle. After showing up, waiting an hour to be helped, and then another hour of them processing our information and running our credit they then informed us they increased the price by $1,500! Are you kidding me?? Shady people. The Sales Manager then just tried to talk over me as I was asking for a legitimate explanation for the bait and switch. Do not due buy from Zeigler! More
