I recently had my car serviced (diagnostic for my tail lights) at Zeigler Cadillac of Lincolnwood and I must say, they exceeded my expectations! The appointment-making process was seamless, and the service representatives, Wade and David, were absolutely amazing. They took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had, making me feel valued as a customer. The only downside was the limited availability of loaner cars for customers. It would be great if they could increase their fleet to accommodate more people in need of a loaner during service appointments. Other than that minor issue, I highly recommend this place for car service. The staff, especially Wade and David, are professional, courteous, and really care about their customers. I will definitely be returning for future services! More

David made all the difference in us purchasing our new vehicle. He was thorough as well as thoughtful. He never pushed anything more than what we wanted.
