Terrible customer service, took 5 hours to purchase a vehicle. Only reason i stayed to purchase was the fact i drove 4.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. Had an appointment and was a complete disaster. Sho More

While I was there, your sales team tried to scam me and increased the price of the car while I was in the process of purchasing it. Your site originally had the car listed for ~$27,000. However, while I was there, your team increased the price of the car to $30,000. Fortunately, I had screenshots of the car and the original price. I still have the screenshots if you'd like to see them. Secondly, it turns out the car I purchased was in multiple accidents (according to CARFAX) which was never disclosed. I did inquire about the damage that was listed on your site, and your team informed me that it was just a mesh grill that was replaced. Turns out that was a flat out lie or deviation from the truth. To make matters worse, I recently found out that parts were actually missing from the car's coolant system, which I had to personally purchase to make the car whole again. Additionally, the SH-AWD system and wiring harness had significant damage which was causing the car to malfunction and needed to be replaced. As it turns out, the damage that I previously mentioned, where the mesh was replaced, in fact, was significant enough that the front bumper was replaced and is now aftermarket, not OEM. Finally, the A/C system, when purchased, was not operational due to being damaged and needed to be repaired. I will absolutely never recommend any dealings with Zeigler again.
