Ruth was pleasant & attentive, keeping me updated on the time delay with my servicing. However, the staff did not wash my car, as I was told they would. If they forgot to do this, it makes me wonder what ot time delay with my servicing. However, the staff did not wash my car, as I was told they would. Horrible communication and experience. Tried for a week to get information on a car I wanted to buy, and phone calls never returned as promised. Came back the next day and they backed out -- wanted to sell to people who would buy their extended warranty packages. More
