Not the easiest deal I’ve ever done; but after a few hiccups the entire team was involved to make this purchase happen for us . Lastly to John the GSM who really got this purchase going by stepping up and making the call on what Zeigler was going to do in order for this hiccup to be remedied, if not for his Immediate decision and true professionalism I know this would not be our vehicle now.Zeigler has the perfect person overseeing the show there. first of all am a regular client with this dealership always buying from them and servicing at the same location everything was running smooth never had any isue with the staf till yesterday may14 /2024 always buying from them and servicing at the same location everything was running smooth never had any isue with the staf till yesterday may14 /2024 ,I dropped my car for a service for the next day wich is the 15th at 9;30 am everything was ok till i called to check on my car to see if its done or not wich came in with a positive answer so I got my ride to pickup the car and about to sign my receipt then i find that they put me anote that my wheels are missing 3knobs and they replace them with a different colors then mine ,so i stepped up and tell them that my car came in yesterday and nothing missing so the manager (Ramon Ganzalez) (get in the conversation with a big attitude disrespecting me with a steriotype that you guys always came in to the dealer with something missing and trying to blame it on us and am not gonna loose couple hundreds of dollars for you guys and he will get me a quote for the knobs and make me pay for it with a disrespectful manner ) so mr Ramon first of all you should learn customer satifaction not to call them as a thief and this is not the first time that you disrespcted me .really you shoudnt be at the place to begin with am bringing my vehicle to get serviced and i pay money for that and the way you talk to me with its insane .
