Advisors are pleasant, courteous, and explain needed services well. Seems every time I bring my XT-5 something needs to be fixed, otherwise I love the car. Terrible dealer. Waited 2 1/2 months for a tie rod and ball joint. Then brought the car in for tires, brakes, wheels to be fixed with bends and the wheel walls replac Waited 2 1/2 months for a tie rod and ball joint. Then brought the car in for tires, brakes, wheels to be fixed with bends and the wheel walls replaced in rear. They had the car for 2 days and picked the car and not a single thing was fixed besides the tie rod and ball joint. Didn’t have the car in front had me looking all over and the wasn’t even washed. Then had a blowout bc.my tires were bald and needed to be replaced. Told them to have a manager call me bc I was extremely unhappy and they caused me to have more problems. More
