My overall experience at the dealership was mostly positive. From the moment I inquired about a vehicle, Joey maintained great communication throughout the entire process. He was friendly, professional, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. When he couldn’t be present for my last visit, he introduced me to Gus, ensuring a smooth transition. After my test drive, another salesperson, Jon, stepped in to assist with the terms of the sale. Unfortunately, this interaction was less than ideal. He immediately began speaking Spanish without introducing himself, and I had to stop him just to get his name. He also continued the conversation in Spanish, disregarding both Joey and my wife, which felt exclusionary. The most disappointing part was when he made an unprofessional comment in Spanish about Joey, saying he had only been selling cars for two months and didn’t know what he was doing. Despite this, Gus and Chuck were polite, professional, and made sure we understood the final steps of the process. While my experience had a few bumps, I appreciate the efforts of Joey, Gus, and Chuckin making the purchase as smooth as possible. More
