Zeigler Cadillac lied and said they repaired my car. I took my car in for making a rattling noise while driving. My car is only making one noise. This noise came about after they had my car for several months for a failed transmission. They told me they fixed thee problem, but when I picked my car up and drove it, the exact noise was there. So basically they failed to prooperly identify the problem and just told me anything. Even if they thought they fixed the problem, they failed to test the vehicle after. I was charged for something they claimed they fixed, but did not. I will be filing a complaint, as I want the money back that I paid. Also, there are scratches on my car when I got it back.
