I had a reasonably good overall experience leasing a 2024 LYRIQ. While I had to make a few enquiries and endure phone/SMS back and forth, it was a smoother experience once we agreed on a car and potential di LYRIQ. While I had to make a few enquiries and endure phone/SMS back and forth, it was a smoother experience once we agreed on a car and potential discounts. Mateo was very personable and helped make the paperwork and car walk around/possession process better. Daniel was also helpful with finance though there was a half hearted attempt to sell some unnecessary add ons. Overall, while it could have been a bit more seamless and hassle free, the dealership redeemed itself with the pricing, overall lease experience and flexibility. P.S. Lojack for EVs does not make sense :). The apps already track the car with the built in location trackers. More
