This dealership wanted to charge me $6,000 for some minor repairs, so I got a second opinion after paying their ridiculous $450 fee for not getting it repaired there, even though their mechanics not only tri repairs, so I got a second opinion after paying their ridiculous $450 fee for not getting it repaired there, even though their mechanics not only tried to get me to get unnecessary things done, but also diagnosed my car incorrectly in many cases. I went to a different mechanic and not only did that mechanic figure out that a lot of the “necessary” repairs were indeed unnecessary, but instead of needing a brand new pump for my windshield wiper fluid ($250), all that was needed was to fix the fuse ($5-$10). In addition to this, the dealership had my car for THREE DAYS, and when I called on the third day, the mechanics STILL hadn’t taken a look at it, while the other mechanic had it for a couple hours. The trustworthy mechanic (NOT the dealership) that I went to was quoted at $1,400 which is literally a fourth of what the dealership wanted to charge me, AND it was done in a few hours. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. More
Very bad customer service. They didn’t fix the problem. Still brand new car and I am coming back to the service 4 times in one month. Each time they assured me the problem was resolved but as soon as I drove away the same issue persisted. This level of incompetence and poor service is unacceptable. This is the vehicle for business use and I still am not able to use for that purpose. More
