In the past I have had some not great experiences, but this time I could feel the improvements that were made and the improvement in communication. It was awful. I was there over 7 hours. They were unprepared, car was dirty, there was hidden charges, the inspection was done in December on the car I wanted and I was there over 7 hours. They were unprepared, car was dirty, there was hidden charges, the inspection was done in December on the car I wanted and another 5000 miles had been put on it. Oil needed changed, tires were bald, the rear wiper was broken and in the end they dented the door. I left with no car. It was terrible and I will NEVER return. More
