I've purchased three cars from this dealership. Jonathan Moscovitch was my representative for all three transactions including my latest purchase. I called Jonathan about two weeks ago and told him I had test driven a Chevy Traverse and really loved it. The other dealership gave me a fantastic offer as they had a huge overstock of these models. Johnathan told me he would beat the deal and that I would like the GMC Acadia even better. He was right on both accounts! He beat the deal by several hundred dollars and got me a vehicle that I clearly liked better. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership were very helpful and friendly. I went to Grossinger to have some service work preformed on my 2004 CTS. It was being very slugish on acceleration. I left my care for a inspection and went to work. They even helped me arrange for a loner vehicle over the phone. I got my car back and every thing was great. I would defiently recommend their services. More

Jonathan did his best to get me into the car I wanted. The follow up, however, was not so good. Had problems with the sales contract, had to go in twice to get that fixed...then got stuck in a mess betwee The follow up, however, was not so good. I've had a couple of repairs done and I find their service department accomodating and professional. Over all I'm satisfied with my experiences, I just hope that the snafus I ran into during my purchase were the exception and NOT the rule. More
