If you are purchasing a used car from Grossinger please reconsider...i was told twice (and given two different cars) that i was financed and fully approved by Capital One and through Grossinger on a 2009 S reconsider...i was told twice (and given two different cars) that i was financed and fully approved by Capital One and through Grossinger on a 2009 Saturn Aura and 2010 Chevy Malibu. The Saturn was told to be brought back due to a recall on Saturn cars so i came in and changed the car to the Chevy Malibu after an entire month of driving. While riding the Malibu I became concerned about my license plate and payment documents after 30 some odd days that weren't received in my mail. I decided to go up to the dealer to see what was the hold up, come to find out after driving for 2 entire months that I was not financed and my credit was run down from a 662 to a 624 with tons of inquires on my updated credit report. They ran my credit like crazy trying to get a customer who is "already approved from day one" approved without any type of notice. It took me to travel from Chicago to their location a numerous amount of times to come to find out about what was going on with my vehicle. I would just reconsider purchasing a used car from grossinger because their financing is a bit fishy and not up front with the customer. More
