All I can say don't make same mistake I did!! Do not purchase or service your vehicle at this dealer!!! I purchased I car from dealer which had damage on front of car which I didn't notice till morning purchase or service your vehicle at this dealer!!! I purchased I car from dealer which had damage on front of car which I didn't notice till morning due to going to dealer during day but after arriving car was sold even after I called 30min prior to confirm it was there.. I went to leave but they assured me they would find something by that time it was dark... So after contacting Oscar next day via phone, no response sent email no response then called an asked to speak to owner, was transferred to Teagan who got me in touch with Oscar.. He told me to come in that weekend an all would be taken care of.. Well Saturday came an I went into service an they looked at me weird an stated they knew nothing of what was to be done... Worst dealer to give business to please there are plenty others out there! More
went there after being called about a vehicle that I was went there after being called about a vehicle that I was previously interested in was available. So I went there to check it out. After a test drive went there after being called about a vehicle that I was previously interested in was available. So I went there to check it out. After a test drive around the block, I went ahead with the purchase. While driving the vehicle home it started to shake going highway speeds. I called the dealership and asked to speak to service and was transferred to Scott. He told me he was busy and placed me on hold. After 10 minutes on hold he came back to the phone but he hung up on me. I then text'ed the sales manager and explained that I would like the service records of the vehicle as well as when the extended warranty I purchased would start. After an hour with no answer, I called and spoke to him. I was told he would look into it and call me back. I text'ed him again the next day asking for an update and never got a response. I did get called by Jim and he let me know that he was able to get my payment lowered and that I would have to come back into the dealership to sign some papers for the lower rate, which was nice. I took the time to explain the issues I was having with the vehicle and was told he would look into it. So far, no call from anyone. Thinking about it, I realize I should have ran when I was signing the contract at the section where is asks you to initial where it says (more or less) that I waive all rights to be able to return the car for any reason. I will update my review, if it allows me to do so, once I get a resolution. Kind of funny, but if I would have went here first and read the reviews, I wouldn't have done business here in the first place. I work too hard to earn my money just to let someone snatch it that doesn't deserve it. A legitimate company would have no qualms about it's customers changing their mind. More
My experience at Grossinger Autoplex in Lincolnwood was extraordinary. I got a really fair deal on my new Buick Regal and for my trade-in. They were simply trying to get me in the right car for me at the price I needed and they were able to do that without any hassles. All I want when I purchase a new car is to get the best deal and that's exactly what happened. From start to finish they were professional and easy to work with. Their inventory of both new and used cars is excellent and made it easy for me to decide which car was right for me. At Grossinger they do an excellent job of making the experience as customer-friendly as possible all the way down to taking my stuff out of my old car and carefully putting it into my new car. I have nothing but positive thoughts about my whole experience there. I would highly recommend going to Grossinger for a car. More
I have been looking for a Kia Optima SX and SXL for a couple of weeks and Grossinger Autoplex had one that I liked. I stopped by to test-drove the car and got assigned with a sales guy named Mark Hoover couple of weeks and Grossinger Autoplex had one that I liked. I stopped by to test-drove the car and got assigned with a sales guy named Mark Hoover. He was very polite and down to earth (not typical of a sales man). He work in the manufacturing industry for years so we saw eye to eye on a lot of things. He never pressured me to buy a car, he was just interested on my method of thinking and my method is very disciplined. He checked on me regularly but not to push the car but just to check on my status in my car search. He gave me some useful advice to help me with my decision. I narrowed down my car choices to 3 and sent out offers to 3 different dealerships. My 1st offer was not accepted by Mark's manager but since that was not my goal, I upped the offer to my desired price. Mark worked hard to push my offer to his management and eventually he won out the next day. I got an email/call from him telling me about the great news even though I was already on the way to another dealership to possibly purchase another car that day. I changed plans and went to Grossinger Autoplex because Mark Hoover was just a good guy to work with and he represents the everyday honest to goodness people that works hard for a living. I did not want to take that forgranted so I purchased the car from him. He was extremely professional and listened to every thing that I've requested. Grossinger should make sure they keep him because he makes the car buying experience a lot less stressful. More
I purchased a used car from them which I was told had been inspected. There was squeaking from the brakes and the AC did not work. I was told these issues would be resolved and they made me a service app been inspected. There was squeaking from the brakes and the AC did not work. I was told these issues would be resolved and they made me a service appointment to get it fixed later on in the week. When I took the vehicle in, I was hit with a $1140 brake bill and told that the AC and other issues found at the service appointment might be covered by the insurance I purchased that didn't kick in for 30 more days. LESSON LEARNED!!!! I will NEVER buy anything from them again. More
I left with a used Buick and before I made it home , the fuel light came on. I had to get off the highway & get gas to get home. I reported a mat was missing & was told, " with a used car you get what you fuel light came on. I had to get off the highway & get gas to get home. I reported a mat was missing & was told, " with a used car you get what you get". I had the car rust proofed & they gave it back to me dirty & unwashed. These things have never happened to me before. All this after I did not get the price I was promised. That's another long story. More
Another case of a "stealership" trying to rip off a customer. What ever happened to providing great customer service to repeat business? Anyway I brought my car in for a diagnosis due to a spotty off a customer. What ever happened to providing great customer service to repeat business? Anyway I brought my car in for a diagnosis due to a spotty rough running idle, and slow acceleration that i couldn't diagnose myself. They told me my car was leaking coolant onto the distributor. I know for a fact that my car was not leaking coolant and definitely not on the distributor. They then wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for the repairs too. I couldnt get out of their lie of a diagnosis and was still charged $150 for the xx diagnosis. Later I found out it was a bad O2 sensor. Thanks for the rip-off Grossinger. More

The employees at Grossinger made the process the easiest The employees at Grossinger made the process the easiest truck purchase I have made. They had a wide selection of Yukons all posted on the Internet. The employees at Grossinger made the process the easiest truck purchase I have made. They had a wide selection of Yukons all posted on the Internet. I exchanged a few emails after deciding on the vehicle I wanted and we agreed in a price and approximate value of my trade. I went there on a Saturday, they beat their price on the truck and the value of the trade and within 1 hour 15 minutes, I was out the door, in my way home in my new Yukon. Everything was straightforward and simple! More
