Slow and disorganized disaster I've come into this dealership 4 times to have a flat tire repaired. The service team lied about patching the tire, which I discovered while I was out I've come into this dealership 4 times to have a flat tire repaired. The service team lied about patching the tire, which I discovered while I was out of town. I had to visit another certified dealership while out of town to have the tire "repaired" for the 4th time. I've wasted so much time on a repair that should've been so simple. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be back. More

Wayne our salesperson was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. When he didn’t have an answer there was no bull, he just researched or asked until he got it. He worked diligently to make sure we test drive and looked at every car we were interested in. He was communicative and non harassing, perfect level of follow up. His treatment after delivery has been impeccable as well. Most often people after you sign disappear, not Wayne. He checked in with us to see how drive home was and is everything going / working (settings, etc) to our liking. I will recommend him to family and friends for a long time to come. The sales manager Joon was respectful as well, and not pushy which was refreshing. He was eager to earn our business, but in the right way... not the usual sales manager way. Derek in finance was by far the best finance person I have ever dealt with. He was told ahead of time I need to be in and out and please not to go into the usual list of add one. He did exactly what i requested and got my deal done in record time. This was one of my best car experiences by far and I have leased or owned at least 10 cars. Thank you guys!! More
Not a service oriented Cadillac dealership I recently had called and made an appt for a Saturday to get an oil/filter change, and when I arrived the morning of my appointment there was a huge l I recently had called and made an appt for a Saturday to get an oil/filter change, and when I arrived the morning of my appointment there was a huge line going into the service dept. The man who came to greet me and take my info for the service service was very rude and unprofessional. I was not thrilled with the way things were handled. He approached me and asked what I needed for the day, and I told him I'd made an appt for 8am. He proceeded to tell me they don't show the appointment and they can do it , but that I will have to just wait for my car. I then asked him why someone would make an appt over the phone if they don't log them, and he said he had no idea but I need to go have a seat. I continued to let him know I had to be somewhere by a certain time and may need a loaner, and he says "did you request a loaner when you booked the appt?" And i said, "No?" And he said, "well we dont have one then.." I found the dealership to be very uninviting and honestly I don't think I would bring my car back there. I know people who have gotten other luxury cars and the dealerships are way more professional and customer service oriented. Cadillac unfortunately is not one of those dealerships. More
