These guys bait and switch no matter what they tell you on the phone they lie. Don’t deal with these guys they have zero ethics. Very pleasant experience! Jonathan and Derrick were great! Even the test drive guy was fabulous and constantly kept us informed if everything going on. Only downfall was the length of time it took. There were no sales tricks and we were not kept waiting. We got the price we wanted and were very happy with the sales process. Frank, the finance manager, was great as well. Again, we were in and out and not kept waiting. The speed of the transaction is paramount to us, and we really appreciated their time management. After arriving home with our new vehicle my wife and I identified a few service issues with the car. Steve, the GM, responded immediately and had the car picked up at our house and provided a free loaner vehicle while the issues were corrected. Hats off for great follow up, customer service, and making sure we were satisfied with our certified pre-owned purchase. We are very happy! More
