Pleasantly surprised by the speed with which my car was serviced. Previous visits have been unpleasant because of extremely long waits for exactly the same service, oil and filter change. Plus which, my service representative, Syed Salman was very pleasant and my salesman, Ray Jando, stopped by the waiting area to say hello and ask how everything was going. I have a small problem with the automatic exit/entrance system and when I mentioned it to Ray he added it to my service Order, unfortunately too late, but Syed apologized and asked me to come back so it can be corrected. That’s service from a big agency! Friendly and caring. More

Horrible service. Took my vehicle in for service. One they misdiagnosed my vehicle and tried to cover that up with b.s. no service loaner was provided. When picking up my vehicle found it to be extremel they misdiagnosed my vehicle and tried to cover that up with b.s. no service loaner was provided. We had issues that seemed like the dealer was completely unprepared. They did not have the cars ready that we requested. The first car we test drove needed to be jumped and was out of gas. Once we bought the car they said they would follow up on Monday (bought the car on Saturday) to schedule an appointment for some scratches to be fixed. They never contacted us. Our car is currently in their service department and has been for 4 days without any communication from them. Finally they do not enforce any COVID best practices. Masks were hardly worn by staff and all other customers didn’t have masks and were never told to. No hand sanitizer anywhere and the sales person rode with us on the test drive even though during covid that’s not normal. He definitely drove with us holding the jumper cables too as the brand new car was prone to dying...finally I still have no visibility into my car payments and where I can view those online More

LET THE BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Called Kyle in internet sales about price and availability of a used car on thier site as it would be a 5 hour round trip for us. It did seem like a good deal, but not so good that you would know it must be a scam. We get there, like the vehicle, and get down to numbers. Now all of a sudden there is a 900 inspection fee (its not a CPO) a 2500 not optional protection package and an addition 600 fees (over what my state's gov fees are) no one could really explain. None of this 4k is optional so why wasn't it in the original asking price!! We felt they were running a good cop bad cop scenario. Salesman, "I want you to be happy but these business guys..." Back and forth with salesman going to another room without us for an hour and a half. Went to Bergstrom group in Wisconsin the following weekend and we bought a newer completely redesigned version of the same vehicle with 5k added pkgs and tons of added safety and convenience features thier vehicle did not have for 1k less than Zeigler's final offer. Please know exactly what you should pay for your used car if you decide to go there. They are the reason used car salesmen get a bad rap and there are more ethical dealers out there. Oh also received an email from thier GM Ken about my experience and laid all this out for him and no big surprise he didn't bother to respond. More
