**An honest review** I came to Zeigler GMC after months of research as I was in the market for a Yukon XL. I left with the specific vehicle I wanted and my experience with Daler was good. As I discussed terms with my salesman, I asked for a direct approach as I did not intended to waste time due to work commitments. Daler was great unfortunately his manager was garbage. The sales manager treated the salesman more of a middle man throughout the ordeal. My time was wasted with their back and forth tactics the day of purchase and Daler was cornered into obliging. Things were not smooth due to the various terms but were bettered by Lisa Yassin, as she made the finance a breeze. The vehicle I purchased was CPO, but I wasn’t not given a 2nd key. I was given a 2nd key after asking multiple times even though I demanded for one prior to closing the deal. To make the experience worse, the vehicle had a nearly empty gas tank. The day of key pick up, I asked the service department for a car wash as it was an amenity they could provide. The locksmith did not care and programmed the non OEM key as 3rd driver incorrectly despite my request to keep an eye on this. In addition, the vehicle was not washed as agreed. I demonstrated them that having a key programmed incorrectly would affect memory settings yet it was not a cause for their concern. I am happy with the car I left. I was satisfied with the work Lisa and Daler provided, but the rest were unnecessary obstacles I had to deal with. All summed up, I will find a different GMC dealership to handle future business. Absolutely furious with this place. I would give zero stars if I could. This dealership is the definition of shady. What started as a seemingly good deal quickly turned into a nightmare filled with hidden fees, unexpected charges, and flat-out dishonesty. They lured me in with an online price that looked great—too good to be true. And guess what? It was. Once I sat down to finalize the paperwork, the price somehow ballooned by thousands due to "Certified Pre Owned". When I questioned it, they acted like it was totally normal and brushed me off. By the time everything was added up, the actual cost was way over my budget—and way over what was advertised. I felt pressured, misled, and completely disrespected. This isn't just poor customer service—it's a scammy way of doing business. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. These people are not honest, and they absolutely do not care about the customer once you're in the door. More
I had the worst experience ever and most certainly won’t return. I sat there 3.5 hours before anyone got back to me. It took me approaching the desk for an update. I wasn’t offered a coupon, or any compensation at all. No one apologized for my inconvenience. Furthermore, they didn’t even want to wash my car. The guy said he didn’t want the locks to freeze. So, I don’t know if I received poor service because my car is ancient, I am woman, because I am Caribbean, or because Ziegler is inept. I wish I could rate this business lower than a one star. You were a true disappointment. More
I only briefly worked with Lou over the phone to get some online pricing and information on a vehicle of interest and I am still working with him. Just a follow up review from one a couple weeks ago (that I’m not seeing posted anymore…) We had purchased a 2022 Yukon xl at4 and there were a couple of things leading me to feel that the dealership was I’m not seeing posted anymore…) We had purchased a 2022 Yukon xl at4 and there were a couple of things leading me to feel that the dealership was being dishonest in their sales. One in particular thought I posted about was that I was told they would include weather tech mats in the vehicle and that they’re worth $500. After spending $60k I figured that was a nice gesture, and made the sale more appealing. The mats I received may have been $50 at best and they were so small they barely covered the carpet mat. In addition there were no mats in the third row and not one in the trunk. You would think they would have included mats that fit the vehicle. After writing a review, I was told to give them a call and I did. I spoke with a manager who said he’d get back with me after speaking with Kate (who sold us the car) He never called back, and once again, there was no resolve on the above. There were a couple other things in my review, but this was the main one, and yet again, another situation with no call back or resolve on the issue. (Also I’m not seeing my google review on google anymore, PLUS it wouldn’t let me post another due to “error”, they also recently took of their yelp reviews…just seems a little weird to me!) From the very beginning, the price was falsely advertised, and once I was already invested in the process, I discovered layers of hidden fees and deceptive tactics that felt intentionally misleading. To make matters worse, the vehicle came with a “LoJack” system that has been nothing but a nightmare. This system not only serves no practical benefit but also prevents standard diagnostics and emissions testing from being completed. When the check engine light came on, I couldn’t even run basic codes due to this unnecessary system interfering with the car’s functionality. The lack of transparency, combined with the bait-and-switch pricing and the LoJack scheme making proper vehicle maintenance nearly impossible, has left me deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution, as their practices are nothing short of deceitful and untrustworthy More
