My recent experience with Zeigler Buick GMC left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. After noticing my check engine light was on, I called Zeigler Buick GMC specifically because they assured me o extremely disappointed and frustrated. After noticing my check engine light was on, I called Zeigler Buick GMC specifically because they assured me over the phone that the diagnostic would be free of charge. However, upon dropping off my car, I was asked to sign paperwork stating that the diagnostic would cost $200. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is completely unacceptable. It's incredibly misleading to promise one thing over the phone and then demand a fee once the customer arrives at the dealership. Not only did this waste my time, but it also left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Transparency and honesty are crucial in any business transaction, and unfortunately, Zeigler Buick GMC failed to uphold these principles. I urge others to beware of their misleading pricing practices and to seek service elsewhere where honesty and integrity are valued. Overall, my experience with Zeigler Buick GMC was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on this deceitful encounter. More

Rob was extremely nice & easy to work with! He worked hard to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted! He was very realistic & honest with me & I appreciate everything he was able to do for me! I may not have taken my new car home that night, but once he (& Waleed Omran) were able to secure my financing, I was the first call he made! I genuinely feel that he was just as excited about my purchase I was! I absolutely love my new vehicle, & I am so glad I had such great help in attaining it! It was truly a wonderful experience dealing with Rob, & I would buy another vehicle through him in an instant! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Ziegler, and feel like I left there having made new friends!
