I was very disappointed that quite a few of the Zeigler personneal were not wearing masks or face coverings. The service adviser was not very helpful in that he didn't keep me posted on the progress on my personneal were not wearing masks or face coverings. I took it in on a Tuesday and because of the work that needed to be done and a part that was needed the car was not ready until Friday. When I got into the car, the indicators on the dash were not right. The young man who picked me up from home had to fix them. Should not the service advisor shown me to my car to make sure everything was okay? More
Had a problem with the sunshade rattling in my Acadia. Had the repair made once but the problem started again after a short time. Called Mike the Asst Service Mgr and we set up another appointment. Had to made another adjustment of the sunshade track and now the problem seem to be solved. Can’t say enough of the concern and attention Mike provided to me about my issue. More

Pleasantly surprised by the speed with which my car was serviced. Previous visits have been unpleasant because of extremely long waits for exactly the same service, oil and filter change. I make appointments for services and I expect those appointments to be honored. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s. Plus which, my service representative, Syed Salman was very pleasant and my salesman, Ray Jando, stopped by the waiting area to say hello and ask how everything was going. I have a small problem with the automatic exit/entrance system and when I mentioned it to Ray he added it to my service Order, unfortunately too late, but Syed apologized and asked me to come back so it can be corrected. That’s service from a big agency! Friendly and caring. More
Horrible service. Took my vehicle in for service. One they misdiagnosed my vehicle and tried to cover that up with b.s. no service loaner was provided. When picking up my vehicle found it to be extremel they misdiagnosed my vehicle and tried to cover that up with b.s. no service loaner was provided. When picking up my vehicle found it to be extremely dirty with grease stains all over exterior and interior. No intention to clean. Negative stars!! More
