Save yourself! This was by far the worst experience I have had as a consumer. The used car I purchased on a Friday no longer had the rear view camera I purchased when I pick up the car on Monday. As comp have had as a consumer. The used car I purchased on a Friday no longer had the rear view camera I purchased when I pick up the car on Monday. As compensation they offered a free detail and oil change. Fast forward 4 months... I go for my free services and the next day the car stopped running. I take it in to be serviced by my local CERTIFIED repairshop and I am informed the car has too much oil. I contact Zeigler and inform them of the issue. I am informed the service supervisor is out to lunch but will call me back promptly upon his return. Never happened! So I call back and ask to speak to management and I am thrilled when I receive the general manager Ken. He unfortunately has to call me back because he can’t find me in their system (even though I purchased the car there and have had service there). He calls back promptly and informed me that my name was spelled wrong in the computer system. He then proceeds to refuse any accountability and is very condescending. We have a long dialog about the information I have received about the service they had provided. I finally give in because he has started to be very snarky and i inform him that I will get the car taken care of, but I am goin to file a formal complaint with the BBB at which point he then bans me from the dealership. The disrespect! Please do not patronize this establishment. I should have read the reviews and saved myself a lot of headache. Btw the engine caught fire ultimately due to the excessive oil. 3 quarts too much to be exact. Once again go elsewhere. Please don’t set yourself up for failure the way I did. More

One of the most frustrating thing about the service personnel in charge of my car was him not calling me about any updates and not returning calls as promised.Not communicating with customer is bad cus personnel in charge of my car was him not calling me about any updates and not returning calls as promised.Not communicating with customer is bad customer service.If I did not call ,I wont even know what repairs were being done to my car and after keeping my car for 6 days you would think somebody will let me know what the problem was.Very aggravating experience.
