Ran a Hard Inquiry credit report unauthorized! !!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!! John promised he wouldn't run a hard inquiry and then the next morning received an email from the dealer saying that he told them !!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!! Dishonest and incompetent. Murky accounting and charges. "Diagostics fee" never returned upon invoicing. Misdiagnosed the issue. They kept my truck 23 days to replace one sensor, misordered the sensor, and no estimate or calls regarding completion date. No reply from service manager when contacted.
