On July 30 2021 sold a used car 2015 Buick Encore for over 18k that needed servicing. Told it met it’s inspection points but really didn’t! No heat and oil was 64 percent. And the main part? ENGINE LIGHT over 18k that needed servicing. Told it met it’s inspection points but really didn’t! No heat and oil was 64 percent. And the main part? ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON after 4 months The decelerates on the highway! Frightening! Turned out the car needed a turbo charger replacement! Now the dealership want to charge me over $1k to have it fixed! I HAVE WARRANTY BUT I REFUSE TO PAY FOR REPAIRS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN WORKING ORDER! It was pretty smooth but felt rushed out at the end. I didn’t get final items needed but interaction with sales clerk was good. Now i know why sale was rushed! I WAS SOLD A CAR THAT WASNT SERVICED!! Drove the car on the highway for the first time Christmas Eve and the engine light came on! Car started bucking and would not accelerate on highway. It was scary!! Went to auto zone for diagnosis and a blue tooth device from previous owner was still on diagnosis connector!! Why didn’t dealership check overall condition! turbo charger system needed replacement and the heat system was clogged! The lies to sell and then off high car warranty to end up coming back to pay for repairs using their warranty is a rip off!! Beware when buying used cars from this dealership or any dealership!! They are taking advantage of customers! More
