Awful Service and sales are terrible. 125k car trying to get warranty repairs. Told this is wear and tare and not a warranty issue by them. First picture is of a warreny repair of seat on my car that they told Maserati corporate looks great. Leather was falling apart they sent it to a repair shop to have them melt it with a heat gun apparently. Second picture is of my windshield falling apart that they also told maserati is normal. If this us a proper repair or normal wear on a 125k car you are better of buying a yugo. This dealer is a joke in every aspect. Do your self a favor and go to a real maserati dealer where the service and sales people don't primarily deal with dodge darts. More

The old service manager took very good care of me, with quick appointments and either a loaner or a rental. I've been a happy customer and continued bringing my car here even after I moved to Berwyn. I called in on 2/14 to book an appointment for some maintenance, and to get my USB port fixed. The next available appointment wasn't until today... a *week and a half* later. I was shocked... I had never in four years had to book more than a couple days in advance. On top of this, I was told they'd gotten rid of their entire Fiat fleet, so no loaner for me. Hmmm. OK, how about a rental? "Sorry, we don't have any availability right now for rentals." Curiouser and curiouser. My only choice was to grab a Lyft and hope they could have my car done by the time I got off of work. Yikes. While I was waiting for my Lyft driver, I noticed another odd thing... there's not a single Fiat in the showroom or on the lot. How does a Fiat dealership not have any Fiats? The service manager calls several hours later. The only part to repair the USB port that they have is broken. So they're just giving me my car back, unfixed. No offer to order a replacement and have me reschedule. Nothing. Just here's your car back, better luck next time. Are they phasing out Fiat? What is going on? Also, $91 for a headlight. And that's a "discount". Last time I was in and out for about $55, and I'm constantly having to replace bulbs on this car so it wasn't even that long ago. More
Extremely Poor Customer Service I currently lease a Maserati Ghibli from the dealership downtown on Rush St. I tried many times to work with their sales team to get me into a Levante I currently lease a Maserati Ghibli from the dealership downtown on Rush St. I tried many times to work with their sales team to get me into a Levante but their sales team was uninterested in trying to help. I ended up getting a Range Rover Sport (much better quality than the Maserati product). The lease was through Chase Financial services and both Maserati and Chase advised I drop off the old lease at any Maserati dealership. I called Zeigler with all the details (including the fact that I did not buy the car from them) and had an appointment to drop the lease off. The sales team and one of the managers would not accept the car because their lot was too full. He told me that they would let the car sit outside and would not try to get rid of it and would likely get broken into. From a sales perspective they are one of the worst that I have ever dealt with. The staff is unfriendly, pertinacious, and unwilling to work with customers. They need a reality check on their egos. Sure they are selling Maserati products, but they are in Schaumburg, IL. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

John Douglass must be submitting his own reviews to this site because I don't know how anyone could possibly think he's anything but rude, obnoxious and ineffective as a sales leader. How Leanne puts up with that person is amazing and how ownership puts up with him is embarrassing. I was warned by many people before going there about him but went anyway because I really wanted a Maserati and they had a good selection. Suffice it to say I just bought one instead from the Naperville dealership where they treat you like gold compared to him. Feel terrible for the sales team there, they will probably cheer this message if they ever read it. I'll never go there again if he's still there. More

Best dealer experience ever - hands down! I was looking for a Maserati GT MC Centennial online and I found Zeigler Maserati of Schaumburg's website. I submitted an inquiry through their contact form and within 30 minutes I was speaking with the Sales Manager, John Douglass, the most passionate and honest individual I've ever spoken to in the industry. Mr. Douglass was incredibly helpful, patient, and instrumental in the purchase of our car. I will definitely be purchasing our next Maserati from Zeigler Maserati of Schaumburg. Leanne Van Gronigen, the Business Development Director, was also a joy to work with. She was very helpful in the sales process and is very knowledgeable when it comes to Maserati cars. I love these folks. My wife and I couldn't be happier. More

After waiting 20 minutes for anyone to pay attention to us, we spoke to a saleman. He flat out refused to give us a test drive telling us he liked to 'qualify' buyers since this was a 'track car'. I asked if I should go home and come back in the 911 if the luxury Audi we'd arrived in wasn't enough and he said yes - we had to. We finally spoken to a bored / disinterested sales manager and got a test drive. We loved the car, but there was no way we would buy from this abysmal place. Two days later we drove out of Fiat of Chicago with a brand new Abarth. Sales there was infinitely better than this dismal Ziegler place. I also hear good things about Highland Park if you are in Chicagoland. Terrible/terrible experience - all down to rude / poorly trained sales staff. FIAT - take away their franchise before they drag your brand down. More

I received a quote for one specific stock number 500L, and made it clear on more than one occasion that I was only making the 90 minute drive to the dealer to purchase that specific 500L. I was assured it was still available. That was a lie. Upon driving to the dealer, I found out that car had been sold more than 2 days before. I was mislead through the entire process. I will never spend a dollar at this dealer. More
