The sales manager Tom even helped by pointing out and fixing some of the minor issues on the truck I missed. In my view that tells you a lot about the kind of place you are dealing with. I came with a pre-approval from my credit union and honestly expected a struggle to use it. However, to my surprise they were more than happy to accept it but asked if I would let them try to earn my business. WHY NOT! The Finance manager Seth was great he somehow managed to get me a much better rate than my CU 3.09->2.84 saving me a good bit of money. I have had some bad experiences at dealerships, and I plan on going back here when I need another vehicle. It was too good of an experience to not recommend! More

I found my F350 that I've wanting at the Itasca Zeck Ford. Corbin assisted me in answering all my questions and going the extra distance in getting me a riotous trade in value on my Silverado. I live 700 miles away and Corbin went out of his way to take photos and videos to send to me of particular areas I wanted to see before making the drive.
