Very relaxed and almost easy new car purchase. We had been looking at new Explorers at another dealership and checked out Patriot's website. We found some Explorers that were equipped with what we We had been looking at new Explorers at another dealership and checked out Patriot's website. We found some Explorers that were equipped with what we were looking for and called about them. I was directed to Les and he confirmed that the cars were still available and ask that we come over and look at them. He had the two that we were interested in parked up front and side by side so that we could compare the two together. We picked the one we liked and started the process of purchasing it. Now this is the part that I hate about buying cars, "the haggling". We sat down at Les's desk and at NO time did we feel pressured, there was none of the "well let me talk to my sales manager stuff". We came to an agreeable price, Les excused himself for a moment and brought the sales manager out to shake hands on the deal. Jason in Finance was wonderful to work with, he explained our options, we made our choices and he didn't try to push stuff at us that we didn't want. The overall experience was very relaxed and I would highly recommend Patriot Ford to anyone. More
