First of all im in the military all the way out in California and I have been searching for this car for almost two years. Panoramic roof mustang is rare and with all of the options it had on it made the car even more sweet. Les excepting my million and one calls and questions let me put a small down payment and held the car for me for a couple of weeks so I could take leave and make it out to Oklahoma. He was willing to pick me up from the airport but because of the cost difference I flew into dallas and had my father drive me up there. He worked with my father who test drove the car before I made it out there. He noticed curb rash on one of the wheels and had that fixed. He never once made me feel pressured about the buy or feel like I was getting a hard deal. The car already at a great price he worked with me on that too, and I know it was already a steal I've been looking for two years. Overall I know I can be overbearing when it comes to mustangs I currently own two and this is my third one. Never once did all of my questions and concerns seem unwelcomed to him or an inconvenience. Once I am ready to buy my next mustang I know who I am going to. Thank you Les if you ever read this, my experience with you and Patriot ford was awesome. More

Awesome group of people and great to work with them. I wanted to order a new 2017 F250 Platinum, and these guys made it easy. We went over the options, checked off what I wanted, and the truck was deliv I wanted to order a new 2017 F250 Platinum, and these guys made it easy. We went over the options, checked off what I wanted, and the truck was delivered exactly as I wanted it. I got a great price and although it was slightly damaged (small scratch in bumper) in transit these guys bent over backwards to fix it. They had a guy there in 30 mins to fix it and make it look new again. I am extremely happy with the repair and their hard work to get it repaired so I wouldn’t have to deal with it. Eric called me personally to go over the options after the truck was put into the order system to verify all of the options I wanted on the truck. I decided to add a couple of options and he was VERY helpful with the add-on and sent me order details so I could verify my custom order. As we got closer to the build he helped to trace the truck through the process and gave me weekly updates throughout the process until delivery. He even sent pictures of the truck when they were unloading it and had it clean and ready to go when I picked it up. I live in Dallas, TX so this was a drive but well worth it! Overall, everyone I met was exceptionally nice and as excited about my new truck as I am, I will certainly order my next vehicle from them as well. Thanks so much for a job well done Patriot Ford. Its nice to walk into a dealership where people are friendly and care you're there, and where the sales people aren't harassing you to buy a car you really don't want. Stephanie was great to deal with online and the same goes for Carl when we went to pickup the truck. I will definitely check Patriot Ford next time I'm in the market for a new truck. More
