Very good experience! Me and my wife had just moved into the area and were in need of a truck, we saw a nice F150 on autotrader and decided to go have a look. Immediately upon seeing the truck we knew we liked it, and sure enough in no time we had a sales associate coming to talk to us. Dena was extremely friendly, and did not go straight into business like most sales staff do, she instead took the time to talk to us, and answered everything we asked honestly. Even the tough ones. After she grabbed the keys and we looked around I asked for a test drive and was happily accommodated. The truck ran great, was at a good price, and came with a warranty. They also worked with us on our trade. But the cherry on top was the customer service we received. Both Dena and her manager Dave were easy to work with and friendly. (Although Dave is a tough negotiator, haha) It took a few days but in the end we walked out with the truck we wanted. One thing that is to be said about the dealer as well, is that they go above what they need to do. One of the purchase agreements was that a few cosmetic flaws were fixed on the truck, (its a used truck, that's expected) and when I picked up the truck, they not only fixed the few things I asked, but Dave had more cosmetic issues that I didn't even ask for fixed as well, the truck looked great! And Dena although under no obligation to us has called to check up a few times since to make sure everything is going good. Overall the experience was great and me and my wife left happy, we look forward to doing business with Patriot Ford again! More
