They were able to accommodate us on arranging a deal long distance, sight unseen. When we arrived from 400 miles away, the Expedition was ready to go. Most of the paperwork had been started before our arrival which cut down on some of the time. Our salesman, Sam, answered all questions. If he didn't know the answer, he found out quickly. We had a delay when we were called back because our financing papers were not properly dated. We should have double checked it ourselves more thoroughly instead of being in such a hurry. But we were notified within 20 minutes and all paperwork was redone and waiting by the time we got back. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with the dealership and our salesman. More

A Great Experience I'd been reading up on the upcoming 2018 Ford Expedition for the better part of a year, and having had an excellent purchasing experience when we boug I'd been reading up on the upcoming 2018 Ford Expedition for the better part of a year, and having had an excellent purchasing experience when we bought my wife's Ford Explorer a few years back from Patriot Ford, when I finally decided I wanted to buy one of these new Expeditions, I called Dena Hudson, a sales person who had emailed me a few times.These are brand new vehicles, and in November of last year, they were very difficult to locate. Add to that my very specific wants for my new Expedition, and I was going to have to special order one to get what I wanted. Still, Dena put a lot of effort into seeing if there happened to be one in stock at some other dealership somewhere in America that was configured the way I wanted it. In the end there wasn't, so we ordered my vehicle. All in all the entire process began in November, 2017 and came to a conclusion when I accepted delivery of my new special order 2018 Expedition Platinum Max on March 13, 2108. I traded in my 2012 Expedition, got top dollar from them for it, and was given excellent, professional care throughout the entire process. I've now purchased two vehicles from Patriot Ford over the last few years, and the next time I buy a car I will absolutely go straight to Patriot Ford once again. More
