Dena went out of her way to find the perfect car for me Dena is someone I have known for a few years and I consider her a friend. But in no way does our friendship enter into the results of this review. I once had a friend that I bought a car from that is no longer a friend. Not the case with Dena. She was very professional and above all else, "this is so important", "she listened to me." That's right, she did not try to put me in a new car or even a used car that did not fit my budget or my needs. Instead she worked really hard to find the perfect car for me! My story: About a year ago I adopted a little boy that is now 2 years old. In February his little sister arrived. He is a family adoption through DHS and when we got notice that he was going to have a little sister soon and that we were first on the list for foster care, we had to sit down and have a long talk about it. You see I am 66 years old and my wife is 55 years and I am retired living on social security. We had to determine if we could do all the work that babies require and since my social security was tapped out already, there is the question: Could we afford her. We decided that we could and that our son deserved that once in a lifetime chance of being raised with his little sister. The sacrifice would be worth it. She came in February and just recently came up for adoption. She is so precious and a very happy baby with a wonderful smile. This said there was a problem. My wife was struggling with the transportation of two kids and three Grand Kids with only a two seated car. We had to make the move to three rows of seats to have the room she desperately needed. As you might imagine, on a fixed income, our budget was tight. This is where Dena came in. Dena worked really hard to find a car that met my wives requirements and still fell within my budget constraints. No easy task. Not sure how she did it but my wife loves her new car, "it's new to us". It has three rows of seats with access to the third row from the second row. This is important because the second row will have two car seats for the two babies and it is much too difficult to access them if they are in the third row. But we still have seating for three Grand Kids. The car was within my very limited budget and met all my wife's requirements. Dena, good job! And yes when I can afford me a new truck and I will be back to see Dena once again. You go girl! More

Dena was awesome. I actually filled out the app online and sent all of the necessary paperwork before I arrived. She had everything ready to go for me and I did not have to spend the night at the dealership. When I arrived all I had to do was take her on a test driving adventure. It had been a while since I had drove a standard. She encouraged me the entire time even though it was a little rough at first. While on our journey, she explained all of the features of the vehicle. Scott Trumbo, the manager ,was great as well. While my car was getting cleaned, Dena introduced me to everyone I might have to contact in the future for parts, service and warranties.
