Different but in a good way The vehicle buying process from start to finish was more than a little bumpy but after all the dust has cleared it ended up well. Some of the highlights were - * The sales person we had been talking with resides in a call center in KC. We were under the impression they were at the local dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we asked for the sales person and of course they were not there. This would have been a good thing to know prior to arrival. * The vehicle we wanted to buy had some electrical issues during the test drive and went into Limp mode. The issues were due to some critters taking up residence under the hood. * We were a little over 2 hrs signing papers and getting loan approval with a credit rating over 750. * When the vehicle was delivered the promised work to the vehicle was not completed. Ryan made good on the promise and sent the necessary parts so the work could be completed. Had there not been all the bumbles and fumbles we would have given them 5 Stars and even 4 is probably a little generous BUT they did do what they said they would do. It wasn’t a perfect landing but the vehicle was the one we wanted. I also think the price was fair based on what we had compared to over the previous 2 months. More

Their entire team bent over backward to make me happy, and get me into a vehilce I would love. There was no pressure to buy anything whatsoever, and everyone was personable and beyond happy to help. After purchase, I noticed a small issue with my vehicle and agreed to bring it in for repairs, although I live an hour and a half away. The team agreed to provide me a loaner upon dropoff and even bring my vehicle back to me once repairs are completed! I am beyond happy with my experience with Zeck thus far. I will definitely return to Zeck in the future, and recommend them to everyone I know! More
