I contacted Nichole at Zeck Ford in Leavenworth KS in response to a car add for 2018 Lincoln. Nicole gave me cell number to always stay in communication. There I worked with Travis who like Nichole was very helpful din personally inspecting the vehicle and answering my questions. Travis had his great driver, Johnny to promptly meet my plane at the airport and drive to dealer. Travis greeted me, showed me the car, let me drive the car and then had hot oatmeal raisin cookies and coffee. This was the greatest car buying experience I have ever had in 50 years. Without an appointment I went in to enquire about said vehicle. Aaron was my sales rep and he listened to what I was looking for and with zero pressure and full disclosure informed me of the car, then at my request, let me take it out for a test drive. We returned and again at my request, we moved forward to close the deal. Finance officer was PJ who was extremely helpful with the filing of the application too. Great experience overall and I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit a dealership that doesn't play the wait and haggle game with you; no pressure to buy, and accommodating to your requests/needs every step of the way.
