120 point inspection??? Test drove and decided to purchase 2016 Explorer salesman was very nice. 03 /12/2020 28 days after purchase the battery wouldnt hold a charge took Test drove and decided to purchase 2016 Explorer salesman was very nice. 03 /12/2020 28 days after purchase the battery wouldnt hold a charge took it to my local Ford dealership for diagnostic work up. A hose was leaking onto the serpentine belt and had caused it to shred. $461.86 for repair. Called salesman who stated that I had not purchased a warranty and they werent responsible. I was very upset and told him I would be calling back. When i picked up my vehicle I was told that there is an electrical problem with the passenger side air bag. $489.26. Again called Ford dealership and questioned the "120 point inspection". As of today 3/28/2020 no communication from Zek Ford. I drove almost 2 hours to purchase this vehicle. I have purchased several used Fords from my local dealership with never a problem. Future i will stick with my local dealer James Hodge Ford More
