This was my first time visiting Zeck Ford to look at a vehicle I saw online. Called ahead to check if the vehicle was still available before driving the 44 miles. Spoke to Nick who was very cordial, helpful and genuine. He made an appt. for me to visit the dealership, as the vehicle was still available. Arrived a bit early for my appt. and was greeted promptly by a salesperson, Taylor. Taylor was personable, friendly and very competent in explaining about their somewhat unorthodox policies in car buying. I say unorthodox because I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a dealership that claims a “no haggle” policy. I was a bit stubborn to accept that at first, but finally realized that their listed “bottom line” price was probably as good or better than what I could’ve got on a similar vehicle at a more “traditional” dealership that I have been accustomed to in the past. Taylor was an absolute “rock star” in her knowledge of the vehicle that I was after. She was very patient during the test drive, making sure I was absolutely satisfied with the overall handling and functions of the vehicle. After deciding to purchase, Taylor made it a smooth transaction to the following steps of financing with PJ, who was diligent in finding and explaining the options available. Heck, Taylor even helped with transferring the “junk” from my trade-in (in which I thought they gave me a fair price for) to the new vehicle. She even offered to load up my “free” TV! The whole crew at this dealership was friendly and down-to-earth, making me feel like a valued customer. More
