We worked with Louis, who answered all my questions before we even stepped foot on the lot. Then, when we still were debating which way we wanted to go, he let us drive another model on the lot, no questions asked. He told us he was just our personal shopper and that was definitely the case. Even after all that, we weren't ready to make an immediate decision, and he respected our wishes. We left that evening with no pressure to go inside to run numbers, we weren't forced to talk to management, etc. No pressure, remember? Once we had made our decision, I texted Louis, who responded immediately. We got everything ironed out and we headed down that same day and left with our new Aviator. The paperwork was easy as well. Easiest vehicle purchase ever. Carl was great! I just moved to OKC from Florida and did not have a car here. When I tried to do a wire transfer and the bank would not allow me to do it unless I was ther moved to OKC from Florida and did not have a car here. Their sales personnel (say it with me) do NOT receive commission from a car or truck purchase. They receive “raises” ONLY by making sure their customers are 100% satisfied after the sale. Think about that for a second. There is ZERO pressure when you drive on the lot. You can browse freely, without watching 5 guys with greasy hair wrestle each other to attach themselves to you. You know what I’m saying. This truly was a FIRST, in car buying. The entire operation is SO transparent, I will share with you what they do. They buy late model, low mileage QUALITY vehicles in BULK… allowing them to under-cut the competition by thousands of dollars. They do not advertise on TV or Radio, they rely on word of mouth, family and friends, and repeat business… to generate the volume of sales they do. Purcell Oklahoma is a small town, yet if you check out this dealership’s PRICES… they knock it out of the park, when it comes to the sale price. We’ve been in the market for a low milage 2020 Ford Escape SEL for months…. and after enduring the prices at dozens of dealerships in a 150 mile radius, we happened across Zeck Ford and Chevrolet in Purcell. Bottom line, we saved $2400 by driving an hour up to see them. No lie. I want to personally thank DAVE and STACEY, who left their posts to come out and help answer questions about minute details my OCD mind had. They didn’t have to…. yet they did. That left a major impression on me, as you don’t see that at most dealerships. I want to thank Business Manager MARQUIS PIERCE for making the “finance / paperwork” so easy and comfortable.
