We LOVED our experience!!! First we pulled up got out, looked around and waited for the "pounce". After a minute or so one of the business managers came out and was like "Oh you just get to go look and wh looked around and waited for the "pounce". Then we were pointed in the direction to where the used trucks were. We found some we liked. Went back and found Taylor. She was so up beat and friendly and still no pressure. Test drove...no pressure. We left so I could think about it. Still no pressure. Taylor gave me her card and a huge smile. On Sunday I sent a email asking about a truck that was on the website that I did not remember seeing. I expected to get a reply Monday morning. Nope she replied and even let me know stuff about it that we had talked about the day before. I sent another email saying we wanted the one we test drove but would not be able to come till after work Monday. Not only did she do everything she could to get as much paperwork done before we got there she sent out truck to be detailed for our pick up. PJ was our finance guy and he was just as great. I can not really explain how unexpected the whole journey was. They go above and beyond and treat you really like real people and not just someone there to buy a vehicle. More
