I have always had a horrible car buying experience. My experience at Zeck working with Tyler Allen was phenomenal! Answered all of my questions. And even finance wasn't scary as one might think it could be. Marquis was great and straight forward and was able to get me the best deal possible! I've bought five cars in roughly eight or nine years and this experience beats them all. I was even able to test drive my now new vehicle around for the day before finalizing my purchase to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I've never had the opportunity to do that before. I would highly recommend Zeck for your needs. I did not feel any pressure to buy a car from them but so glad I did! They earned my business unlike me earning theirs compared to other dealers. More

I recently purchased a used 2018 Ford F150 Lariat Super Crew from Zeck Ford and they made the process so easy that I did it all from my home computer, and some of it over the phone while at work. My sales person was Taylor Wilburn, and I also had considerable contact with Nick Nava, Marquis Pierce, and Whitney Pakenham, all of who worked as a flawless team to provide me with my new truck in a painless manner. First off, I went to a dealership near me, my sales guy was great, but a after a few days of thinking over making a purchase I finally decided to pull the trigger. I went in after work, but due to the later hour, another sales guy, and night office crew, had to complete the transaction. I went in to pay full price, but I declined to pay full price on some of their ridiculously over-priced fees. There was a difference of $189 on the fees, and as soon as I told them that I was a cash buyer, they suddenly didn't give a xxxx about me as a buyer because they were not going to make any money off of me on financing. Sudden that $189 discount on the DOC fee was too much to ask. They wouldn't discount the $189, I walked out. That led me to Zeck Ford. I made numerous inquiries by email about the truck they had that interested me. All of my questions, and there were many, were answered thoroughly on the same day as my inquires. There was no haggling on price and there was just one fee. Because I had already driven the same kind of truck at the other dealership, I didn't feel the need to drive 48 miles to go drive Zeck Fords truck, but I did request that they make a walk-around video of the truck for me to show me if it had any hail damage/dings/dents/scratches/stained interior, etc. They made a thorough 7-minute video pointing out any little blemish they could find and sent it to me. I was satisfied with the condition, but I had four more requests: 1) One scratch in the video looked pretty deep so I requested that they do their best to buff it out, 2) The truck had only one Key Fob so I requested that if I bought one from a third party that they would program it for me for free after purchase, 3) There was one remaining 'Recall Item' on the CarFax Report that had not been addressed so I asked that they fix that item, 4) I asked for at least a half a tank of gas upon delivery (They filled it). My Zeck sales team didn't hesitate to agree to all of my requests. A few days later my new truck was delivered to my home (They deliver for free within 60 miles of the dealership). I gave one star off on delivery, the folks who delivered it were very nice, but I was hoping for a bit of a tutorial on some of the trucks complicated technology, unfortunately no tutorial was offered. Oh, well, at least there was a 600+ page owner's manual included and there are a lot of YouTube videos to watch. Thank you, Taylor, Nick, Marquis, and Whitney, for a seamless and painless new truck purchase! Zeck Ford is a great dealership to do business with. Oh, and they even have a cool 'Superman-like' logo so I'll probably even keep their logo license plate on the front and not have to remove the one stuck on the truck's tailgate. ;) More
