Their business model is simple, they show you their lowest no haggle price for the vehicle, if you like the vehicle and it falls within your price range cool if not then just keep looking for another one. I was in the market for a SUV, preferably an Explorer, and I had done my research and fell in love with Zecks inventory. I had never been to the dealership but thought I was just check them out. I met wit and I had done my research and fell in love with Zecks inventory. I had never been to the dealership but thought I was just check them out. I met with Kassye and she was just a delight. So laid back. Nobody hassled me as soon as I entered the parking lot. I was able to look around and see which vehicle I wanted to test drive without feeling pressured. The whole process was just amazing. I unfortunately wasn’t able to get the car I wanted but they didn’t make me feel bad or make me feel like I didn’t deserve to drive away without purchasing from them. It turned out to work better for me. PJ the business manager was able to work a FABULOUS deal and I drove away with the SUV of my choice. I didn’t feel pressured. The staff was sooo nice and it just felt like family. Kassye was so amazing. She really did her best to get me in the SUV that I wanted and I appreciate her so much. I DEFINITELY will purchase my next vehicles from them and would DEFINITELY recommend them to everyone!!! 5 STARS!!!! More
