Cord Wostal and Zeck Ford made the buying process as simple as it gets! They are upfront on the vehicle price and any vehicle fees. The entire process was very relaxed and no pressure was put on getting simple as it gets! They are upfront on the vehicle price and any vehicle fees. The entire process was very relaxed and no pressure was put on getting the deal done immediately. Once the deal was agreed on, Marquis Pierce in the business office walked through each of the available add-ons in a very clear and understanding way, again no pressure to add anything on or any hidden tricks. If you are looking for a more relaxed buying process head to Zeck Ford in Purcell. More

I cannot recommend Zeck Ford. First and foremost are their deceptive practices. They state "We are a one price store! What you see is what you pay." However, when you read the fin First and foremost are their deceptive practices. They state "We are a one price store! What you see is what you pay." However, when you read the fine print there is a $499 Admin fee. While we argued over price they sent me two emails which both said they were a one price shop. When I brought up the emails and the "one price" issue, they showed me the disclaimer and the fine print. Which showed they charge $499 admin fee. I could not even get them to send a buyer's request to my bank without paying a $500 deposit and providing a letter from my bank showing I was approved for the loan. I was confused this is not the way car buying has ever played out. I soon found out why they wanted it. It showed my interest rate from my credit union. The finance person told me my rate was high and he could get me a much better rate. He insinuated it could be half of what I was getting from my credit union. This turned out to be was hog wash an nothing more. During the walk around and test drive I noticed a rather large scuff on the rear quarter. When I brought it up the Finance person said and I quote " you’re going to nickel and dime us to death aren't you". I found that really odd since I didn't get them to come down one cent on the car. I was the one being nickeled and dimed to the tune of $749 (admn fee and second set of keys) in addition to the price of the car. Additionally, their finance person was trying to push a payment on me that was way higher than what the math said it should be. I was purchasing a car at a predetermined price. I knew how to figure the payment. He had the gall to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and my calculator couldn't do the correct "algorithms".???? That is when I figured it out, he was trying to slip in gap insurance and extended warranty. The vehicle I was purchasing had some remaining original warranty and only 22k miles I didn't feel like I needed any additional warranty. I had to say I didn't want it several times. I was handed a document signing pad where I signed my name on all the docs before I had a chance to read them. I was told "I told you what they say". I was not happy with any portion of this transaction other than the price before the admin fee.! The car had only 22k miles and only one set of keys. They stuck me for $250 for an additional set. When we were done, he handed me a temp tag and I left. I walked out to the car with no screwdriver to put the tag on and I decided to just leave. The sales girl came running out waving her arms. Apparently, the dealer tag was still on the vehicle. She said you are trying to leave with the dealer tag. I was disgusted at the time and said sarcastically, "O that's the plan". To which she replied “we would have to report it stolen". Not call me to let me know but report it stolen. I almost forgot they wanted me to sign a waiver to relinquish my rights for social media. It would have allowed them post anything they wanted about me or use my photo or a video or.... They asked me multiple times for an online review. I was not shy in telling them they didn't want my review. They even sent me an email telling me to please write a review. I have waited 17 days for the second set of keys to arrive. I emailed 3 days after the purchase Feb 8th and asked when the keys would arrive. I was told if they would arrive on 16th and they would let me know if they arrived any earlier. I called on the 21st and they still had not arrived. I was told they were on back order 17 days after the sale and 5 days after they were supposed to be there. I called 2 other dealers and they were plentiful and no issues ordering them. I called Zeck back and told them I just need to return the car. Low and behold they found a brand-new key fob and key. My wife and I went to Zeck Ford in Purcell to "look" at Ford F150 trucks. Cord Wostal was the sales representative that worked with us. We sat down and he asked what we were looking for and in minutes pul Ford F150 trucks. Cord Wostal was the sales representative that worked with us. We sat down and he asked what we were looking for and in minutes pulled up almost 10 vehicles on the computer that met our criteria and all of the selections surpassed our expectations of newer used vehicles with low mileage at competitive prices, (we had looked at other locations and many online providers). Cord was very personable, answered all of our questions and quickly got us out on some test drives. While we were out on a test drive he had our vehicle looked at and was ready with a generous trade in offer when we zeroed in on the truck we liked. We have not had great experiences in the past at other dealerships, but Cord made all the difference. The process was so easy, we purchased a truck we liked. More
