Our salesman Sam Buchs was not only friendly and laid back but he was a "no pressure" salesman. He actually listened to us when we were explaining what we wanted and he did everything he could to find us the car that we desired. When we were unable to locate the perfect vehicle he helped us design and special order it. My husband finally got his "Bucket List" Mustang. I also have to give a shout out to David in finance. David went above and beyond to ensure that we received the interest rate that we were looking for. And last but not least, Gene Rhodes, for getting us in the dealership. I have to say that I had arrived at the dealership with the attitude that our car buying experience would be the same as it has always been in the past. I came prepared to do battle. It didn't take me long to realize that this experience was going to be different and that I didn't have to fight to get the deal that I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

New Car Sales and Personnel I had a good experience right from the start from contacting Bryce and doing everything he said he would and getting back with me in a timely manner a I had a good experience right from the start from contacting Bryce and doing everything he said he would and getting back with me in a timely manner also sending me Pictures to sending me the window sticker. As I couldn't get out of work all week until Saturday afternoon he did all the leg work and finding the Model we wanted etc. This young Man did an excellent job and then some. So did David later and the Finance Man. Anyway would recommend Patriot to anyone in the Future specially if the Service thereafter is as good as the Sales experience. For also going the extra step of producing a YouTube video of the exact DEMO we would drive during our scheduled test drive. Our ideal match vehicle was still being shipped in from assembly plant by truck transport and Ciara made sure we knew the exact date of its arrival on their lot. We got there that day and our vehicle was "literally" still wrapped in plastic and on the truck transport. The Patriot Ford make ready team had it cleaned up and inspected for us in less than an hour. We literally purchased our New Car right off the Truck Transport. Talk about Farm to Market! Really, KUDOS to the whole team: Ciara Kirk (Online), Stan "Striper" Housh (Sales), and Lee Funderburk (Financing). Patriot Ford was out of our way but they made it easy and convenient. More
