Amazing Called on a Thursday and spoke with Stephanie explained that I was interested in a F-150 and that I had a trade-in. The Next day I called back and was Called on a Thursday and spoke with Stephanie explained that I was interested in a F-150 and that I had a trade-in. The Next day I called back and was given an offer (sight unseen). I had an offer from an individual that was higher so she bumped her's up a little. Fast forward a week, the individual backed out of his offer, I called Stephanie and asked if her offer was still on the table? She said yes and because my wife and I were driving 180mi Lee lowered the price of the truck a little for my time. When we arrived, not only was the truck up front waiting on us, but so was the welcome wagon. I think almost everyone working either greeted us or we were introduced to. The whole team at Patriot Ford treated my family and I like Family. We didn't feel like just another customer. Stephanie, Dave, Lee, Bryce and Eric were true professionals. My wife and I will make the 180mi drive again for our next vehicle purchase. More
