Most pleasurable buying experience. From the moment we stepped on the car dealership lot, we were treated like royalty. Our Salesman, David Richards, met us outside and soon Stephanie, the Internet sales person came out to meet us as well. Already, we felt we were a part of the Patriot Ford family. They had already done so much preparing for us that everything went exceedingly smooth and efficient. We were treated honestly, fairly and with respect. You see, we had been trying to buy a 2016 Ford 450 F with all the bells and whistles from THREE dealerships in our home community in Northwest Arkansas. Two even had the vehicles on their lots. We could not even get them to call us back. Never had we been treated like this by any dealership. One dealership in Bentonville had sold us our current Ford truck but yet they had no record of us or the truck. So you see, it was like a breath of fresh air to meet David and Stephanie at Patriot Ford. Stephanie was in close communication with us throughout the whole process and everything she promised was indeed done. Believe me, when our new truck has done it's job and we need a new truck, we will be returning to Patriot Ford and David and Stephanie, plus we will refer all of our friends in NWA to Patriot as well. The service department jumped right in and got our truck ready in a very short time. Even David C. In financial department made this painless. The facilities were beautiful with a customer lounge for people who may need to wait. When we were ready to leave in our new truck, David and Stephanie were there to bid us well. I don't think I mentioned David came in on his day off, Friday of Spring Break, just to take care of our deal. Two days later we received a text from David just to make sure everything was okay. I think I know why he was Salesman of the year 2015. Amazing! I can't express enough our gratitude for the help we received buying our new truck. He almost turned us into Sooner Fans (Almost).
