Happy with my purchase It had been a long time since I purchases a new(ish) car, and this was my first time at a big dealership. I had called ahead and made an appointmen It had been a long time since I purchases a new(ish) car, and this was my first time at a big dealership. I had called ahead and made an appointment and told them the cars I wanted to look at. The test drive went well and Steve was knowledgeable about the features of the car and very friendly. I decided to purchase. The price seemed fair, and I got what I expected to get for my trade. The entire process took a longer than I thought it would and I had to leave before they could go over everything on the car and get it properly cleaned. However, Zeck made it right by making an appointment for me to come in at a later date so they could clean the car and properly go over everything. I'm happy with my purchase and my decision to buy from Zeck. More

I shopped around for several months before purchasing our 2014 Ford Flex. Retail pricing was considerably lower than many other dealers. The Flex we purchased has a very minor scratch on the back bumper...Buddy made sure to fix that before letting it leave the lot. Thank you for great service! More

Our sales person Cullen My husband John and I were very satisfied with our experience at Zeck Ford, when purchasing a pre owned 2015 Ford Explorer. Our sales person Cullen Lewman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at, and very familier with the features of the vehicles, explaining and demonstrating them, to the extent that we felt very comfortable when we left the dealership. I would definately recommend this experience to others looking for a new or used vehicle. We were treated with respect and even provided a grilled hamburger while we waited for paper work. The whole process start to finish took about 3 hours. Retail price was VERY attractive and I know the Quick lane service department is the best...I have used them for may years. Thank you! More

They worked well as a te I was extremely happy with my purchase and visit to this dealership. The staff members were very helpful and patient with me. They worked well as a team and got things done quickly. I was surprised at how fast they got done with the credit check/finance process. From the test drive to the final contract signing, the whole process took about 1 hr and 30 min. They deal with some pretty impressive bank lenders also (e.g. Wells Fargo, USAA, etc). I am extremely happy and I dare say in love with my pre-owned mustang purchase. Thanks Ryan for helping me take home this sweet ride. This dealership also has some pretty good warranty options that run parrelel to your loan term. If you are in the market for a car, I recommend you give this dealership a try. More
