Made an appointment to check out the car the next day. Sales rep Jason Hartwell met us and showed the car and answered questions we had. We put a deposit down to hold the car until we received the settlement for the car that was totaled by a falling tree. At the time of purchase the finance dept. made it a simple process. Our sales rep Jason gave us the tutorial and was very thorough explaining the cars Sync System, radio-navigation-phone, etc. and other options on the car. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend this dealership to any one searching for a new or used car. Thanks Jason for your courtesy and the prompt return of several calls we made to get more info about the car and other info about purchasing it I want to state that at no time did we ever feel pressured which was very important to us.
