I was already interested and didn’t know why he kept acting that way. I eventually purchased the car out of state and had them ship it to me. Within 10 miles of driving I got multiple lights indicating issues on the dash. Took it in for diagnostics and it showed the issues I thought it would. Called the dealer and he said he would make it right but disappeared and didn’t keep up contact. I’ve now sent him and his service manager multiple messages and called multiple times with no return in contact. I had a mechanic run a full diagnostic and he confirmed what I’d already assumed. It was a small issue but their lack of “making it right” by any means brings me here to beg anyone that sees this to not waste their time with the dealership. I did it out of desperation. Please don’t be as desperate as I was. It’s not worth it in the long run. Terrible dealer and I will continue to speak ill of their name on every platform possible. 0/10: would not recommend More
Bought a 2013 fiat pop, signed paperwork, got insurance, was told they would be shipping the car soon. The contact said within 5 days. Three weeks later we received the car, delivered in A parking lot downtown at 11pm. Got one key, not the two that were shown with the vehicle. Great. Took car to a shop for state inspection. Missing several hoses and a has a busted strut hanging from the driver side rear tire. The view of the red paint-primer under the white was also excellent. They found a razor under the hood release latch, yay for tetanus. Fenders were misaligned and neither front or rear bumpers were from the original car, we were not told the car had been in an accident of such magnitude. Car failed state inspection, apparently suspension issues are bad when pieces are dangling . Called them up at ZaZa and was told I would be called back later. The five day return policy was turned into a four day return with no refund and the transport was on me. Five hour drive to make it before their lot closes on Sunday afternoon. Great times. I'd suggest exhausting all resources before you settle on buying from them. More
Wow, just read other reviews and my experience could not have been better. I'm from Ohio and explained I was willing to travel if the car warranted it. I dealt with George who was Great. I was first impress have been better. I'm from Ohio and explained I was willing to travel if the car warranted it. I dealt with George who was Great. I was first impressed that most dealers post 10-15 pictures of what they're selling. George had almost 40 and when I asked for a few more in specific areas he not only provided a bunch more but videos as well, and happy to do so. As I was traveling to come and see the car I realized to hold it would require a down payment. all other dealers I spoke with required a non-refundable down payment. George said absolutely no problem if I did not like it I would get a full refund. Upon arriving George was as friendly and accommodating as could be. The car was ready for a test drive and we were off. I went to another location to give it a very close inspection and being a mechanic for over fifty years I left nothing to chance. I found the car was just as described, nothing was hidden or undisclosed. It was in beautiful condition. We also agreed on the price that I was comfortable with and ready to do the deal, but that was not good enough for George he knew of a minor issue, a small leak in the windshield washer reservoir that he insisted they replace and a worn serpentine belt which they also replaced. Knowing this would take a little time he gave us a vehicle to drive and go have lunch, sight see etc. and when we came back the car was ready except George insisted it get washed inside and out. Meanwhile it was already clean as a whistle. We drove the car back to Ohio enjoying every mile. Being a convertible we take it out when ever we can. the car is amazing and so is George. We not only had a Great buying experience, got a Great car but made a New Friend. We will be back and George will be the guy I call when I'm looking for my next vehicle. Thanks George !!! Terry S. The car will require a lot of bodywork to repair a thorough amount of rust and several parts will need to be replaced including a new gas tank. The car in question is a 2006 Subaru Baja Turbo. I was told when purchasing this car that the car "was clean and rust free". This is the part that I consider fraudulent as there is extensive subframe rust and a rusted out gas tank that visibly leaks when you try to fill it. This was not noticed in the test drive as the gas tank was about a quarter full and when you look at the car itself, there's no visual rust. That's because it's all internal to the car. The portions of the frame where you put your jack to lift the car when there's a flat tire have collapsed due to rust. How this car passed the VA safety inspection, I'm still trying to figure out. The AC also doesn't work, and the Turbo is non-responsive in a Turbo branded car. If I hadn't already signed a sales contract, I'd be returning this car right now. Now for the weird part. The financing is done at a "partner" dealership across the street called CarNova. Again, this part was fairly painless. Apply, choose from financing offer, drive off with car. However, it's a bit on the hinky side to have one dealership sell the car, then have another do the financing. Yes, I've contacted the dealership. The GM was off at an auction and couldn't be reached. Looking for resolution. More

We looked at the car and in speaking to Rebecca I made an offer of 7500.00 for the car. This was to be inclusive of all costs, I told her I did not care how she broke it down. Inclusive of price, processing fee, title, taxes it needed to total 7500.00. I am 65 years old and have bought probably a dozen cars like this, never had a problem. In processing paperwork there was a question of temporary vs permanent tags. It was 4:00 pm on New Years Eve and I made a concession that when she sent me the completed title I would buy the permanent tags locally, commenting that this would be 40-50.00. Rebecca said about 2 weeks for me to receive the title. After 2 1/2 weeks I called asking about the title status and was told it was being mailed that day. One week later I received a handful of paperwork including a 2002 out of state title and 2 different dealer assignments. The title had never been processed or transferred to me. Also taxes were never paid. We were very close to temporary tag expiration so I had no choice. I had to take the title paperwork, wade through it at DMV and pay 308.49 in taxes and transfer fee to get permanent tags. When I contacted Rebecca/Stafford Motors in writing requesting a reimbursement of 308.49, she responded that she would prefer to communicate by telephone and not in writing. I do not blame her. If I were a scammer I would not a written trail either. I have bought many cars in my life and this was the worst I have ever experienced. Realize I was paying cash, can not imagine trying to finance. More
